How to properly handle a machette
Field first aid by Dr. Lopez
How to rig a stretcher

DAY SIX THURS: Depart Charlie hump and boat to Shaymans hooch eta 0900
Instruction by the master of jungle plants and medicine
Transfer to the Rama village eta 1030
1130 transfer back to Rio Indio Lodge eta1300
Lunch and a hot shower!!
Clean and stow gear
Lounge at the pool with a piña colada or an ice cold beer
Dinner at 1900 followed by awards ceremony

Transfer back to SJO hotel departing at 1100.
